With abundant sunshine available, the brickwork continues. And in the sanctuary, metal framing and insulation is being installed around the baptistry. Imagine...a baptistry in the main sanctuary. That is gonna be neat. The walls in the offices are being insulated in preparation for drywall installation. And the drywall is very nearly complete in the Pre-school/Kidstown building.

A lot of progress to report on today. The green metal roofing is being installed on the Genesis/Youth building. The columns are bricked in the patio area between the sanctuary and Kidstown/Pre-school building. The bricking of the front of the sanctuary building is progressing. Installation of black acoustical tiles is underway in the sanctuary ceiling. And windows are being installed in the Kidstown/Pre-school building.

Pictures from the site this week include: Framing is going up for the baptistry; pictures of insulation in the rear of the sanctuary; columns being erected for the patio area between the buildings; and some shots of the drywall being hung in the Kidstown auditorium.

Well, I have been away for a week, but the work has continued. A lot of the drywall is up in the Pre-School/Kidstown building. They have started installing the window frames also. And more bricking and metal framing is evident at the Youth/Genesis building.
